Yeah because ModDB doesn't allow copyrighted content, hence why the page got taken down when we were using an image from (EVE?) for the Mining Machinery commodity. Plus, you generally run into problems when using copyrighted content, even if you're not monetizing. Best to keep the problems to a minimum, at any rate.

Copyright has nothing to do with money, but with intelectual propriety. You cannot use it without legal authorization.
