From now on, I want us to only engage enemies if they are within range of Naha, 10k within it to be precise, or if they fire first. We can't afford unnecessary losses, since our H Fuel convoys are being targeted more and more...

Although I have an addendum.
It's true we have no reason to go out of our way to engage these contacts, and that they are to be repelled if they come near to the Naha, but if we have the upper hand and opportunity shows itself, we have to take it.
These Outcasts cannot be fooled into thinking they can station themselves in our space. The power of the GMG must be expressed here and now. As soon as these fools understand the concequences of their actions, our operations will be able to run much more smoothly.
This is not to say we shall seek out these trespassers. It is foolish to enter combat with such ones alone and out of the way, but if we have an advantage, we must take it.

I had a most unfortunate run-in with an Outcast powerhouse. Casa.deOsoRojo came flying too close to the miner Naha. Now I wasn't alone there were plenty of GMG Eagles around and the support of the base (//NPC back up yeehaw) so I warned Casa to turn back. He didn't. So I engaged.
Now I quickly realized my doom early in the fight but I hung on believing that my SN cannon should do it with some fancy dodging.
Amazingly enough the Outcast was doing the dodging. Three times in a row, yes three, I had swung around to get to his flat broadside of his ship to release a Cannon shot and he managed to change his pitch enough to avoid the shot. The only thing I could say was "How....." before my ship was space dust.

Due to the GMG's position as the primary supplier of fuel to The Order, as well as their relation to our closest allies, the Zoners, we are offering protection services to the guild when needed.
Note that we are unable to interfere in the majority of interfactionary disputes or engagements. We will be able to assist in the event of a Nomad, Keeper, Wild, Phantom, or - in limited situations - Outcast attacks against the Sigma systems.
If such assistance is needed please send alerts on secure order frequencies to Omicron Minor.
As a secondary matter, The Order is in need of more h-fuel shipments to Toledo and it's nearby Battleships. Any h-fuel transport vessels sent into Order space should contact active Order patrols for escort services free of charge to maintain the security of the shipment.

As to your offered aid against Nomads, Keepers, Wild, and Phantom attacks, your assistance in the matter would be appreciated. As it stands, and due to the reorganizing, we are sorely lacking in the defense of our turbulent system. The Outcast threat poses a serious issue as well, especially with reckless pilots such as this Casa de Oso Rojo, who seem to only be interested with combat with poorly defended security patrols. His actions are his decision, but he has, and will be taught again that they will not come without consequence.
Your channel has been archived into our systems, and a call for aid may come in time. Know that we will not be running to your aid at a moment's notice, but if the situation does arise in which we are lacking in defense against a formidible enemy, we will not hesitate to call for aid.
Your alliance with the Corsairs is a controversial one for ours', but we will overlook that for the moment. Though you may be allied to one of our greatest enemies, you are also allied to one of our greatest allies, the Zoners. I will add on a final note that the Corsairs have shown much less hostility to our operation as opposed to the Outcasts, who have reared their ugly heads again and again.

I was flying near Miner Naha in Sigma 13 and a Slave Ship designated Pathfinder crossed my path. I ordered him to halt and drop his cargo. He had engaged his cruise engines so I released a cruise disrupter.... Well I am a Rookie after all.... and I misjudged the effect of the Cloud on my sensors... and my CD didn't track.... I gave the best chase I could..... but I lost him. I lower my head in shame.

I have just returned from trip to Planet Toledo in Omicron Minor. Mission was a great success with the help of Taro.Katsuo as my escort.
We went through Hokkaido, Unknown, Delta than Minor to reach Toledo. Watch out for Nomads on this trip particularly Keepers. We met up with Order Officer Defiance and Sobek in Omi Delta and they escorted us to Toledo. Now the Planet itself doesn't trade so there is no reason to dock on the planet however the Battleship Isis is in Orbit and pays the most I've seen so far for H-fuel. I brought Cobalt back from Freeport 11 and noticed a Jumphole to Omi Minor just past the Nomad Lair...careful.
I wish to commend Taro san for his help in making this a safe trade mission

I received the message concerning our new client the Order. I will review my routes and add this to my portfolio.
Recently I have completed three round trips to Java station with H-fuel. Our IMG friends should be flush for the interim. The route consists of H-fuel from Ogashawa to Java station (profit 396/ton). I then detour to the gate construction site and bring Beryllium back to Kasari (profit 880/ton). Also I found a jump hole between Tau-31 and Kyushu, F0.5x3.5 and B0.4x3.8 respectively. This completely bypasses Tau-29 however watch out for Outcasts on the Tau-31 side.
I am currently at Planet Kyushu waiting for my new escort Kako Shimakaze. Once he arrives we will head deep into the Omega edge systems. We are loaded with H-fuel bound for Gran Canaria. I hear the sell price is worth the long voyage.

In the past two days the Mikuma Maru successfully traveled into Omega-49 delivering a full load of H-fuel to Gran Canaria. I decided to travel through Leeds and Dublin systems weighing the risks of Bretonia vs Omicron pirates. The journey passed smoothly until the return trip where we encountered several Corsairs. Luckily for us our new enhanced countermeasures worked flawlessly and we escaped their guns. For future reference, I recommend high quality countermeasures for all transports headed into the boarder systems. Also, we encountered another hostile pirate group called the Mollys. They seem to have distaste for transports in general.
I routed quietly through Leeds to minimize contact with Bretonia authorities hopefully soon we have our transport right of passage finalized. On a positive note, we logged a profit of 816/ton for H-fuel and 2075/ton on the return trip with Deuterium.
I am currently at Planet Honshu having the fuel tanks checked for fatigue cracks. The Mikuma Maru took a few volleys on the port side. Once inspection is complete well reload for another trip. The Zoners have demands for additional H-fuel.
