^ yup

RE: Uhm what - Fluffyball - 05-22-2015

I have discover this one as well. And I can tell... it WAS NOT before in the mod, as far as I recall.

This may mean that Gallia might get their own sector, as they are not Sirius Sector per se. 700 L.Y. is a rather big distance.

Nooooot really when compared to the full scale of the galaxy

given that the Milky way is estimated to be about 100,000 LY across, don't expect the Gallic sector to be on the other side of the galaxy map

It'll more than likely be rather near the Sirius sector

Of course it's closer to SS. ^^

I believe some other Nomad Worlds would be added to that Galaxy Map. If I remember correctly, the Omicron Major's Dyson Sphere wasn't even in Sirius Sector. And on the sidenote, I would love to see Crayter/Pegasus(?) Sector included into it, even if it was just an easter egg with no activity inside.

I have a strange feeling it might be connected to the Ageira's experimental jumpgate. It might be... that.

Literally the only reason it's there is to hide mothballed systems without needing to hard delete them.

Sorry but no, nothing like this is planned. It's been answered in the other thread about and mentioned as well in my dev thread: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=122896&pid=1671412#pid1671412

Yay my thread got noticed, also that screen about looking at the galaxy map in connecticut is spooky

I now wonder if bastillie or omicron major have it's own galaxy map...
