I am not sure that you will need a full guard IFF but just a full guard rep which isn't that bad to get.

Wait a minute, what happens to the factions that don't have a guard faction but that still sell gunboats? I don't believe that the Rogues don't have a guard system, but they sell Gunboats.

guess i need volenteers to help me rep the louisbourg and the Ryujin(niagara falls wil lbecome Ryujin)as for the LABC will we have to rebuy them or just the models getting swapped out

Powerplants are being changed, purchasing the same ship in the next mod build for the better powerplant will get you auto banned by FLHook as it does now. Half of you working to get full guard rep on your caps might be wasting your time.
