As you've all know of the recent events in Bretonia, the Nomads have been experimenting with their "jump capabilities" - as such, they appeared to have pulled through some large asteroids composed of a different material that came from where-ever it came from. The composition of it isn't like the ones detected within the known Sirius systems, infact, it's made out of a material namely "Azurite A6" - the material known to be linked with the Nomads and their structures.



It was also said to be used within the cloaking reactors of the Bell.


Point is.
I want this stuff.

WE need this stuff.

Get some - however you want. Leave it within the Caches on the Fleet supply vessels, and ensure you follow safety protocols and use those APM-Containers. Data concerning the anomaly points will be released later, once it's decrypted.

Lacerta has already gathered some samples. This will really prove useful in the long run.

Tonight things went incredibly well.
I'm going to keep things short and simple. At the beginning of our patrol, me and Foulke encountered two hot-shots that decided they should be Bounty Hunters for a night.

Yes, well, that didn't turn out that well for them.

Poor Foulke had these two clingy people come after him; Argo and this... 'Odani-maru' fellow. Their Pelicans sure were armored to the teeth, but it really didn't matter much when yours truly's in the picture ready to mow down whoever tries to fly in circles around her. Argo's Armored little ship went out in flames first as seen here, the other fellow unfortunately managing to dock their cowardly bottom with The Gate, but fear not. Me and Foulke made sure his repair bill will take a few years to sort out.

After this there was a big gathering of people peacefully talking to eachother. Unfortunately I did not gather any gun-cams of that peacefulness, but I'm just going to come out and say that this lady; 'Gabriella Casta' is someone I had a pleasant chat with and I'd like to do so again. Maltese or not. Do warn me the next time she's in our general vicinity, would you?


Now to the more important business.

Me, Foulke and Adze had a wonderful chat with an Order Agent, namely: Gantai.
No matter who you are, you'll be pleased to hear this.

First off, she gave us this bit of information that I think may come in handy. Never hurts to know who's out to get you.

Now, you see, here's where things become intriguing.
At the very beginning of our conversation I've noticed something strange. She was reasonable. I figured I'd work this out to my advantage.

Moving on; this is something we need to use. This lady seems to have her head fixed pretty well on her shoulders. Using her as a contact within The Overwatch could prove useful. In my personal opinion we should keep in contact.

Buro. Geoff and the Tombstone



I encountered a Buro agent in Coronado who was conversing with the Initiative, the agent is identified as one the Director of Special Operations. During the short conversation, it is revealed that the Buro is involved with the Maltese Nation for reasons unknown, this was also previously speculated with Geoff Enfield as people expected him to be in league with the Maltese, he previously had links with the Initiative. It’s also highly believed that he is opposed to the Initiative’s plan of using a superweapon against the Nomads.

It may be possible that the Buro is attempting to benefit from the sympathizers in order to obtain more materials for their Nomadic based research. Some records on the Buro’s meetings in Omicron Rho is still archived, for now, it’s probably best to keep our noses out of the Buro’s movements until we can figure out what’s going on.


Some information concerning the Tombstone is also revealed, it was upgraded in abilities, and can detect vessels several light years away - supposedly. Be alert for it.

Missing Sentinel, The Initiative

Plans regarding Sentinel Foulke extraction is in the works. Foulke is currently trapped in Omicron Delta, Planet Nauru where his ship crashed within some ancient ruins, the Initiative will back us with some agents. A team with a maximum of five units will be deployed to ensure his survival. The squad will be led by one Sentinel, who I shall announce later this week.

About the Initiative, it's noted that their forces are growing more and more, ANC tagged vessels have recently joined up with them, adding more capital and fighter assets to their fleet, however we do not need to raise caution as their intentions seem to truly be concentrated on the Nomads. I have recently been investigating the Initiative and talking to their leader, Joshua Hunt, his previous intentions prior to his incapacitation was to unite Humanity by using the singularity cannon forcefully against oppressive subjects. Fortunately, he has seen the repercussions of that and come to realization that Humanity will never be following one ideal and will always be in conflict with something. They are still working on Project “Dawnbreaker” - the name of the singularity cannon’s chassis, and are in need of a Powercell. Unfortunately for them, all of our gathered cells are put to use.

Anyway, the Initiative will prove to be resourceful allies and collaborates in the coming future. We have already discussed the probability of setting up a base front in Kansas, and the possibility of synergy with projects is likely.

We have provided the Initiative with some intel concerning our research on Azurite generators, albeit outdated by two versions.

A backup plan will be formulated in case of treachery from the Initiative’s end. This is, of course, a pre-caution.

Upcoming Operations and Plans

Operation Resurrection is nearing completion. The external sections of the Eidolon has been repaired, the energy suppression field is constructed but the remaining components and replacement reactor core is still in need of deliveries. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting on external contracts to do their part. Additional subjects may be required. As the assets on the external repair is complete, the engineering team can be allocated to focus on the reactor, allowing it to be completed quicker. The Eidolon is temporarily using the secondary generators to sustain power.

Upon completion of Operation Resurrection - the Eidolon will be sent out on test operations against more feeble targets in coordination with the Hellfire Legion to get a real-time analysis in combat, coordination and performance. Once these reports are complete, we can venture out to gather more intel concerning the aliens, as systems will be optimised for action.

Project Ataraxia will be inquired into with the Commonwealth. Word was mentioned by Lord Commander Locklear that spatial taxation may apply when it comes to terrestrial structures. If worst comes to worst, we can adhere to the fees. The Viper, Nixie and other assets will be deployed on Ataraxia defensive duties to secure the zone. The Eidolon will also be briefly present for the first few weeks at it’s post.

The planned initial modules will be as following:

When the primary modules are constructed, we can slowly work towards other modules throughout a long period. Sectors will be voted on before commencing the construction./

The location will act as a safe house, training and research facility for our pilots.

Future Recruit

A potentional candidate who origins from Gallia is discovered within the Cortez system. This individual is known as Archard Morneault, who was recently outcasted from the Naval Royalists. He has suffered a emotional loss of his close friend, who was terminated with a bullet to the head. I have offered out a place for him within the fleet. His knowledge with the Gallics may be resourceful in the longer run.

He had proven himself in Cortez, as the Initiative vessels had some kind of problem going on with the Fifth fleet - The Fifth Admiral having personal issues with Maverick - a Captain of the Cincinnati. The two Dreadnaughts were... pathetically attempting to attack each other. Admiral O'Neill was delaying for his comrades to arrive.

Eventually - a large wing of Fifth fighters had came to assist the Admiral, and engaged with our vessels. We retaliated and returned fire. Risking my own life several times from close calls - we succeeded in the fight without any losses on our side or the Initiative's side. However, one vessel of the opposing force managed to escape.

After finally finishing off the Odyssey, I invited Archard to be an apprentice under my command, to turn that I teach him about the Sirius and the Nomads. He will be assisting our assets - however - his... vessel may be an issue.

For now, he is permitted to fly it under certain conditions. Treat him as kin, and welcome him aboard for now. Watch him, teach him, respect him.


Ish'tar

Specimen Ish'tar has been sighted in Pennsylvania today, near Planet Erie. It was accompanied by another superior mindnode known as the Nergal - the Ish'tar appears to have a /very/ long range offensive capabilities, ranging up to roughly 10'klicks. Making it a very dangerous specimen, it abuses it's powers to experiment on the local populace - either threatening with extermination, or to seemingly mind control individuals. The creature was put out of action by mulitple Naval vessels in the area. Though, during it's time of idling and waiting, the most notable 'words' mentioned by it was "Sunderland marked for Genesis"? Perhaps a term for infestation? Who knows.

The said specimen was also sighted earlier in New Berlin the other day - it appeared to be provoking aggression within the local populace. It's unknown as to why it's doing this - we can only speculate it's expermenting the social standards of the area - perhaps trying to gain an advantage by provoking unrest in the system.

For now, research and observement is advised. The Ish'tar being is resistant to EM-disruption devices - as we once tested with Hunt, thus allowing it to 'vanish' on will, making hostilities practically useless - unless a massive amount of force is present to deliver quick damage before it's departure.

Investigating Ish'tar and 'Lena'


My investigation was initiated after meeting up with an individual named Noah Xonnel, who requested to meet me concerning information on the Nomads. So we met each other in Alberta, where she provided information concerning Ish'tar and a supposed individual named Lena - who was linked to the entity.

So - in conclusion with this first meeting - it appears that this Ish'tar has mentioned about a person named 'Lena' who is apparently ascended beyond what the Oracles are truly capable of - potentionally signifying that this person is infested or a hybrid. It was also mentioned that 'Lena' is the one who shall end the wars. Some kind of prophecy, lie, or fear tactic or not - it's still something to investigate, which is what I did.



I moved on to investigate links in the Omicrons, but passing by in Delta, I encountered an individual who was once part of the Blood Dragons. This pilot went by the name of Vibrant Songs. She told me about the possibility of a type of mix 'breed' - known as a Seraphim - a type of 'Human' who is... basically infested, a hybrid and a Human. They are naturally disguised and cannot be detected with ease. With their combined abilities - it makes them a very dangerous entity.

And here I thought those were a myth.


Moving on.


My trails lead me to Omicron Delta - where I met with another person namely Hans Von Goeben, I queried him but he didn't seem to know much on this topic.

In my next trailing we visited Rheinland - investigating a certain Captain, namely Fischer. Joshua Hunt used his links to Koch to set us up a meeting date with the Captain. A day later, we managed to get a hold of her, as she was coming out of vacation. We set up a meeting in New Berlin, this was the outcome.

In conclusion of that encounter, Fischer was obviously traumatized from the encounter, and other various pieces of information - however little - was still vital to this investigation. This 'Lena' appeared to her as a visual construct from the Nomad, where 'she' said where she wanted to 'have fun' with Fischer. She also noted that she would 'bring her friends' signifying that they would summon other Nomads to the scenario as a threat if Fischer ever made anyone aware that she was still present. Which would also explain her silence at the scenario when I saw her. It's also noted that Geoff Enfield hasn't been reporting to Koch, skipping out on duty. It's also reported that he experimented on Segliende Loraine - addicting her to Cardamine when she was supposed to receive treatment.

Anyway.

Our next journey was visiting the Order in Omicron Mu, querying them about this topic. Though, after a while there, we seemed to have attracted some Nomads and an infested ship. Humorously, Hunt accidentally cloak disrupted an infested Gunboat. The Order were aware of the scenario but don't know much either.

Another individual we met with one more individual - Thallia Thorn.

She did not get a direct communication with the Ish'tar subject but she was also questioned the night before by Kelly Hellion.

She noted that the subject has 'marked' Thallia for assimilation, protection may be required for her.


Finally, another person I got to investigate was James in Omicron Delta, who recently came out of an induced coma which was caused by Ish'tar. He was put in a series of experiments and tests set by the entity. Not too much was revealed but it shred some ideas on the purpose and desires of the entity.


With these links and investigations, it's pretty safe to assume that this Ish'tar entity is either:

Trying to learn and then to infiltrate Humanity.

Trying to gather knowledge on how the Human mind works and functions, how different cultures and people react.

Trying to impose fear tactics.

Or something amongst those lines. It's still open to speculation.



Leased Spare Modules of Freeport?


Supposedly - us and the Initiative were offered part of Freeport 11 by James Harper - the Administrator and member of the Solar Runners? His wife, Ashley Harper had briefly spoken to me at Delta today, which honestly came to me as a surprise.

She noted that Thallia was apparently a point of reference for convincing him to lease parts? What? I did ask her - and she denied the claim. Apparently, the Snow's also convinced him too? She also offered a Solar Runner cityship which they don't use anymore. Eh. Very peculiar. I don't know what is going on here.


Utterly confused, I'll get some official clarification upon this.

"Well. That's honestly depressing. The FOB was absolutely annihilated, yet the patrol vessels are empty. Whatever got pass the defence line, certainly earns my congratulations for it's wit and ingenious strike.

The uplink will remain open to selected individuals and allies. I allowed the Initiative to take whatever abandoned vessels they came across, and I have offered some of our remnants to either join their forces, or act on their own will and choose their own path.

My mission will continue, even if I am limited to myself. For the sake of Humanity. Me and the remaining resources and operatives onboard, such as the 'Zeta Wing' subjects, will move in silence, allowing us to perhaps observe a little more in peace without too much attention, as our presence is - well... small. "




The Zealous


Small report time. I encountered the Zealous residing around Omicron Alpha, within Malta's orbit. It appeared that 'Zeal' - Geoff's AI wife - was controlling the vessel at the moment. It's notable they were panicking, most likely desiring to rid of Hunt by calling for help.

I encountered Geoff Enfield in New Berlin, querying him about most of his intentions and motives concerning Hunt and the Outcasts. He seems to be pretty neutral on most things, but apparently Hunt had left him to die in Kansas, which is amongst the main reason of why he dislikes him. Other reasons being the way he treats him. Information regarding Seglinde was also mentioned, supposedly, he didn't experiment on her - and it was all willing.

Funnily enough, I met Xonnel later on - and he heard information about Geoff reconstructing the 'superweapon' similar to Dawnbreaker, a singularity cannon. He also appears to be in league with the Outcast officials, guessing from this information. Xonnel has promised to share the information with me over the Neuralnet.

Ish'Tar & Anomaly

Ish'tar was heard but not sighted in Pennyslyvania yet again, this time, coming with an intent to pester the locals. It appeared to have opened up some kind of anomaly that allowed Nomads to pour through. Though, most notable about this encounter was the Order's presence before they ran off when they were most needed. They appeared to be trying to spread 'information' about their 'cause' - while in reality, they were spreading paranoia, fear, and hatred by spouting things without reinforced evidence.

Most curious, but unfortunately, the anomaly closed before I could do any intensive mediocre scanning.


It seems like Geoff will be a nuisance in the later future, and it appears that Hunt has a few questions to answer for...

Segelinde had returned to Rheinland, and I overheard their talk with Koch, confirming that Geoff is indeed working against the Buro and with the Nomads, also narrowing up on the theory that he is a spectre.

I met up with one of our ex-pilots, Enma Loyola and asked her a few questions about Geoff.

So apparently he's loyal to the Cross in some kind of way, and that the Cross have orders to not shoot the Buro if possible. Wonderful.


Me and Hunt met up in Hamburg last night with the Eidolon Wraith, discussing about Geoff Enfield and his possible plans. If he's actually taking his knowledge from the Dawnbreaker project to whatever he's working, engine, reactor, weapon which seems to be more likely considering the Outcasts' nature. Whatever. it's probably best that we trap him before it gets out of hand.

Aelita Stone

It's been noted that Stone has rejoined with the Order Primary fleet, and that she was... seen in a D9 vessel. Naturally, this caused me to have a negative reaction about it. Her 'boss' is one of the top of D9, despite Stone claiming her being a Spectre, 'not' working for the Nomads. Which I find to be false.

So she pretty much had her hands in many things, and briefly explained how Spectres are 'trained' on some secretive facility.

They're still not to be trusted, and if anything, should be cautiously watched. Obviously. Though, they're nearing the termination boundaries.


Recently, I overviewed the protection and safety of a meeting between Golanski and the Initiative, pretty much proving our worth to the Order. It was noted that many AI Cruisers from the Prime were on the scene and infested forces. Unfortunately, due to the attacks, they had to reallocate the meeting to Inverness. I sacrificed myself in order to allow the Initiative vessels to get away from the fight, Hunt had picked up my pod and dropped me off at a neutral point in Coronado, where I proceeded to get the Eidolon to use as a watcher for the meeting.

BEGINNING TRANSLATION...



Initiating Test Flight One with Eidolon Wraith as instructed, /we/ took a patrol path of Magellan, California, Ontario, Alberta and then Cassini.

/We/ stopped by the abandoned Foster Base to scan the anomaly that was formed below the derelict station, which is now overrun by Junkers. Scanning reveals that the station was previously a Research Station, potentionally abandoned due a failed experiment, or as heard by another Human's mouth of word, a lack of security - causing it's downfall to Rogue elements that were heavily present in the system.


The Anomaly was briefly analysed - revealing nothing much other than it's unstable gravitational nature and the background radiation to it. Data suggests the entity is recently formed within the past /20 solar years/.

Patrol moved through to California, approaching the Pennyslvania anomaly entry point - /we/ detected a hostile Mindnode class vessel endangering a Naval vessel. According to Human sources, the K'Hara entity threatened to infest the pilot.

The threat was neutralised, as ordered by the Keeper.


While the Keeper was conversing with the Fifth entity, a vessel was caught by Joshua Hunt, the vessel went by the identification as the Roach Coach, which was confirmed for trafficking other Humans to the Maltese.

We acted as an intimidation factor, overcharging the weapon system, whilst allowing the natives to rectify the on-going situation. Using this factor proved effective. The vessels released the captives to a nearby Liner - where the ferry shipped the captives off to a nearby checkpoint.


This datalog ends the summary of the first flight. Weapon systems nominal. Engines nominal. Subject "S-S-L" is nominal and secured. Due to the energy boost from the Reactor Core's completion, the shielding is outputted at 300%, enhancing it's abilities. In the end, /we/ returned to the sanctuary of Vespucci.

Revival & Orders

Today is the day where our ashes, that was once blown over by our common enemy, come to life in flame, combining as one. We've been 'dead' for too long, and trouble is on the rise again. The show must go on.

The uplink is updated at the main central network, showing our allies and remaining forces.

To any remaining pilots: Head to Omega-49 or Cayman. Our current objective is to hold out there and to assist the Reapers. The Coalition and the Corsairs are going to prove annoying in the upcoming days.

Though, in the upcoming days, we're looking at instating more... robotic personnel. So don't panic on that regard if you see less 'people' around.
