Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
I didnt really keep track so forgive me if anything...
1 race event, 1 LPI vs AFC event, re-work of lore page, bounty board writing, several projects working on, AFC manuals working on in the background, Comms with IMG, BMF, LH~ and more, exotic entertainer introduction? Or was that December. I dont remember.

What role play has your faction been involved in?
2 events, in-game role play to do with dropping cardi and hiring the guy to transport nox? Stuff like that i think.... there is more but yeah...

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
More like I would like to request to have some more feedback instead of people talking behind my back.

Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
Player Request to do with my Exotic Entertainers, AFC ID lines additions that are still not present, any sort of news on the rest of the player request that had AFC IFF in it, AFC tech chart request changes as well. Oh and Xoria to fix my entertainers. That too.

Is there anything you would like to add?
Not really... Big plans.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
Flying in the Taus, Leeds and Magellan and shooting stuff. Occasional banter with Tau folk and Bretonians. Some poking around in Kusari and Coronado/Cali, but nothing major.

What roleplay has your faction been involved in?
Couple of patrol reports. Some talking with IMG (both Indies and official) in 23 etc when paths cross. A trip to Kusari on my part and another's, to investigate the changes caused by the Exiles' return to Kyushu.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
Almost too many to list, particularly when I'm posting from mobile. That said, I can give it a go:
  • • tendency of many factions to ignore our RP presence, particularly in Taus. People seem surprised and almost offended that GRN| continues to operate and patrol there, viewing them as some sort of borderworld in practise. I am sick and tired of being accused of metagaming and looking to stifle Tau interaction when I am simply trying to accrue both hours on the tracker and supply something for my faction to do.
  • • general exclusion of GRN from various areas/events. The whole Nomad 'invasion' of Bretonia one is an excellent example, as was a certain recent Tau-29 event. Our options for in-game interaction are already pretty limited - I don't feel like we need them curtailed further by people putting their fingers in their ears and pretending we aren't real.
  • • we pretty much always either gank or get ganked - more usually the latter in recent times. There are an awful, awful lot of factions queuing out the door to shoot at us, and about two or three that we can ever shoot alongside. Our playerbase size for events etc is extremely volatile as a result, ranging from total wipeout status to 4-5 GRN versus the world.
  • • severe lack of avenues for extended non-shooty RP. Less a community problem than a mixture of a playercount, a storyline, and a long-term development one, but a massive portion of our ZoI is permanently dead (Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds) and the rest is teeming with things that either don't want to talk to us or that we have no reason to tolerate either. Compare and contrast to other House militaries, which at least have the option to patrol somewhere with a chance of interaction.
  • • general anti-Gallia circlejerking that never seems to stop. zzz


Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
What happened to California ZoI? I don't know what @Miaou did on that front, but I know I was lobbying for a permanent extension to the official ID only - not a week-long excuse for Indies to park 600 Valors on top of San Diego. Other than that, not a lot that I know of.

Is there anything you would like to add?
Hello, I am leading this faction again - for now, at least. @Miaou informs me that he's already posted as such somewhere on the forums that I can't see. Please give me the appropriate permissions ASAP so I can try to refloat the boat, so to speak. I intend to try to revitalise the faction as best I can during this second tenure as leader, as it deserves better than to be relegated to life support with occasional blue messaging. I do not plan on leading long-term, but I hope to at least kickstart a healthy drive of activity, and interactions of all kinds for both the faction itself and those who we cross paths with.

In the meantime, though, anyone who wants anything knows where to find me. I am as open to feedback, criticism and ideas as I ever was.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
Base supply for CWS, Gold Mining for BMM- transports and mining for other corporate factions (such as Bowex) and IC| ).

What roleplay has your faction been involved in?
Gateway + BMM relations: An attempt to open up the two corporations to each other for mutual profit.
Bowex + BMM relations: A simple "how do you do" towards our loyal friends, Bowex.
OS&C Buys a Liner: Pretty self explanatory, really. Set up a client with a luxurious Bretonian Liner, alongside monthly check ins to ensure the Bretonian icon is still being used lawfully.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
Well, I suppose having some more transports willing to RP and carry ore for us would be good, but that's something I can organize really.

Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
Currently one surrounding the Havoc Mk II and it's tech cell legitimacy. Really just a signal boost for Danny-Boy who wanted it passed a while back, if I remember correctly.

Nope.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
Daily stuff: patrol Rheinland, fend off invasions from Hessians/Corsairs. Interactions with various factions.

What roleplay has your faction been involved in?
Pilot Database, which was required during the rollcall, and is still required after you join. Opened a [RM] Bounty Board as well, faction members can claim. Due to Omis amazing piloting skills, he gets most of the kills or others are just lazy to earn some extra creds.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
Not really, but feel free to join. New members are always welcome. There are couple rank spots that need filling.

Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
No.

Is there anything you would like to add?
Got stuff planned for [RM] during the month of February, mostly roleplay inclined things, and a little bit of PvP. Would have been done in January, but my writing skills aren't top notch, unfortunately.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
Recruited some new guys and some of the old ones came back. We participated in some events. Did some patrols. I can say this month has been one of the most active months for CR.

What roleplay has your faction been involved in?
Assisting IMG about New Life Project and Yuma colonisation are our main roleplays. RP with HF going as a side-ish one too.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
Not really.

As this question is not clear what it is for i wont comment for now. Maybe next month.

Is there anything you would like to add?
As Teerin became our leader and hes generally busy im handling day to day jobs in the faction as 2iC. Probably ill handle those monthly reports too.

Forumlancer - We were not much active this month, and have mainly focused on the extension of our lore and forum pages. Sometimes we snoop around and collect valuable intel, or just hang around with noms to harvest their remains... or being harvested... as usual.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
■ Our forum is a huge construction site and our wiki page is also outdated. I'd like to change their terrible state, but then i face another issue...
■ We lack of active people. Two members of our HC went inactive due to RL reasons. Things slowly came to a standstill, recruitment and promotions have been neglected, and people suddenly stopped to log. I could seriously need somebody who takes care of recruitment, promotions and in-game activity, so that i can focus on faction development and related formalities.


Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
Three new commodities are in work, necessary for our projects. We plan to build up our own technology: starting with engines, a snub line, and hopefully own guns soon. [►]

No, it's the best faction.

Yes, we've been waiting for a base upgrade request for three weeks. Probably also some other requests filed years ago that I've since forgotten.

I will do better next month in keeping track of these i promise. two events this weekend alone but most of it from my ends was trying to arrange time for in game rp.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
We started with the preparations of a final move into the Cayman system which has bothered us since long. Together with that, our economical hand the Volgograd Industrial has grown in presence providing good routes and relations between factions that also will be helpful for indies later on. Our ties with RHA and Mollys have strengthened. A first attempt after so many years to establish a NAP or some sort of relation with the Order has been done by the Commissariat and the RP is continuing. A Re-union with the Crayterians has been planned aswell. Big plans on events with Sairs [TBH] and RHA in the Omegas have been done with mutual interests. Increased presence in Omegas/Bretonia/Rheinland, established an Omega Authority with the previous formed Omega Triumvirate building an Omega House of the three Factions involved in the Triumvirate, the Omegas are being tightly watched and patrolled by Coalition/Hessian/Molly forces. Withdrawed Army Forces from Taus and approached with a more economic division, the Volgograd Industrial instead, change of strategic plans on establishing relations up there.

What roleplay has your faction been involved in?
Tech Sharing with Red Hessians 90%, Secret relations with the Order, Operation Hurricane (invasion into Cayman Continuum), Re-establishing contacts with TAZ, Re-establishing relations with Crayterians, Non Agression Pact with Freelancers and Escort Division.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
We have lesser interactions, I have to speak honest. It would be nice if more factions would seek RP with us instead of an all out War. Sometimes I wish we would be getting Transmissions over transmissions from indie Factions or official ones that either seek our help or want to do something together.

Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction?
Cayman conquering, if possible at least Shadowhaven along with Kellar Laboratory (maybe along with the Shipyard) would be a nice approach, the rest can be a continuing RP. 90% Cell with RHA. Replacing the Coalition Destroyer in O-49 near O-52 jumphole with a stationary Carrier in which we are able to dock.

Is there anything you would like to add?
Battleship Fes was agreed by the Corsairs to be moved in which case it would make our invasion into Cayman easier. Was also discussed with Hessians and there was a mutual agreement.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month
Core| took part in two events this month, one of which I set up myself. We also took part in that spontaneous Nomad event in New London. Otherwise we've been roaming around the Edge Worlds, creating activity via raids/pews/rp. We've also begun to set up some new story developments and events that we plan to roll out in the following months. We've also tried creating new measures to create indies, such as using IRC as a public Nomad Remain storage to encourage indies to farm cooperatively. We've also been doing RP to get IRC to Core 3, which should hopefully be finished soon. We also got the community involved to do some surveys we issued. We've also been moving to increase and develop new or existing diplomatic ties with factions. I also re-built everything we had lost in the forum crash. Finally we've been doing RP and making preparations to construct a docking ring for Planet Nauru.

Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with?
We need indies. Core has such a small indie-base and it would be great if the community could experience Core RP and make some ships.

It'd also be good if certain individuals could let go of their ooRP anguish regarding trivial matters such as the Core shooting you if we see you. It is in our roleplay to hunt our enemies, both in and out of the Edge Worlds. If you get wiped out and lose - so what? It's a game. Raids are just another form of RP, and depending what ID you take up and what role you choose you should fully expect a hostile faction to treat you with hostility at some point down the road. Case and point, such complaints wouldn't be directed at the Nomads for example. It's also absolutely disgusting that you may drag the admins into an inRP environment to shape it to your liking just so you can have things how you want in a MULTIPLAYER server. You know who you are.

On a more blunt note some people could try to stop crying "powergaming!" or "they can't do that!" simply because people do not bother to take the time to read our RP and the RP of the rest of the Edge Worlds. Whilst idiots can be ignored, sometimes it can be a little frustrating. Although I guess you could say this is quite a petty matter and perhaps the two parties should just ignore each other. My closing statement to these people is: Read the lore of Core and the environmental lore (both BHG Core and current Core), learn what megalomaniac RP is, if your CHARACTER spots an inconsistency ROLEPLAY at it rather than crying ooRPly. We like to leave bread crumb trails for people to point out flaws in Core's RP conduct, yet people prefer to crouch down and cry in the corner oorply about this and make themselves look silly rather than following it up with roleplay. If we try puffing up our chest, punch us in the stomach. The circlejerking is dumb af and I'm slowly getting bored of making signatures from it (it's still funny but the material is so samey).

With those more personal issues out the way, otherwise I'm looking forward to working with the community and striving to make the Edge Worlds and the server in general a fun and enjoyable experience via Core|. Don't be afraid to contact us if you want to set up events or do roleplay. PLEASE contact us for Nomad remain and material RP, we'd love to do some (sun) .

The Core official and indie IDs got reverted due to a server bug. I'm not sure if this has been fixed yet or not.

I also need some of our ships locked again. Tunicle has the list but he never said if he had finished it or not.

We're also looking at getting Rho fixed up due to the faction being unhappy with some aspects of it. Rohj and I are already working on this.

Is there anything you would like to add?
This year is going to be a big year for the Core. I hope we can make the server fun and enjoyable in tandem with all of our future developments. Also #Megalodon2016.
