I did a thing a while ago and ended up negotiating a contract (that never really went anywhere, sadly) with the LN for infantry rifles. I'm still somewhat interested in doing this kind of thing, so I'm down to do stuff if you guys want me in DM.

It seems like Ageira has their hands full with gate lane manufacture and distribution. I rarely see any RP regarding Ageira and arms deals or transactions. I like this idea.

Dealer
A dealer distributes registered Detroit Munitions goods to licensed retailers and entities throughout Sirius, primarily delivering to locations in House Space. They also are expected to deliver materials to Detroit Munitions manufacturing facilities to maintain production of goods for distribution. Dealers have gained considerable trust in the company and are employed full-time with benefits.
Contractor
A contractor is a recent hire by Detroit Munitions and is permitted by the company to distribute products in limited amounts to licensed retailers and entities within House Space. Contractors are employed without benefits on a renewable contract model, though their ships are usually fully insured by the company.
I hope we don't get trouble. What hits my eyes is "licensed", "permitted" and "limited amounts".
As Alan Pace from Ageira Innovations I often hire freelancer Sunburst to distribute light arms
to the battleships in liberty. I also supply Detroit munitions. We never treated liight arms as
restricted good. It is not contraband in liberty and our ID lists it not as restricted. I hope
you will not try to make a fuss of it.

Understandable concern, Wodalin. In part, the "licensed" and "permitted" allude to our plans that are related to the Black Market Munitions commodity, however, we primarily mean registering pilots in-roleplay to export Detroit Munitions products. For "limited amounts", we have some restrictions on maximum cargo capacity for contractors. Since they're effectively our recruit rank, they'll be limited to freighters and smaller transports.
It's flavor text. Thanks for raising your concern, though.
EDIT: Of course, we have no intention of restricting exports from Detroit Munitions by unaffiliated pilots, but we might have benefits in store for people who register with us.
