Its gonna start in Kusari, then Bretonia, then I think Rhineland then Liberty. All House capitals.

Please keep in mind this event won't be allowed to turn half of the server into "Connecticut"(for the lack of a better word) ,so just to let you know that server rules and id restrictions still apply and will be consequences for those who breaks it !
