Dear Admiral Knight,
We have high hopes for your Battlegroup. However, sooner or later it will be commonly known that we have harboured you. We simply cannot risk endangering our decades long relations which are vital to our survival. I am glad that you understand our position. Please rest assured that your officers will be treated as honorary guests. With time as we build trust you will be granted more and more freedom within our installations. I believe that in future we may even start a joint project to build a drydock for Harmony in Cold Lake Nebula in Alberta.
