Ok I checked previous post, first off, how are you identifying these items as hacked?
Second: When a person edits a piece of equipment on their player files, it shows up n ormal to everyone else.
The only possible way for you to see modified stats on someone elses weapons/equipment, is if YOU modded YOUR FILES

The only thing I see wrong with nights post is exessive use of ? and . otherwise it's fairly readable.
I haven't recieved any PM about a bounty of this size, I'm also pretty sure there is no RM player called dark.
Plus 300 mil for one player makes me extremely suspicious, it's alot of money that people don't like parting with even for a system.
Besides which it would mean that they must have traded practically everyday for weeks, I wouldn't throw that much money away on a bounty.

I attacked those 5 PLH, I attacked Kane in his Zertoren char, as Wraith Shadow, I attacked a few others in another char. All unprovoked. You must only give reason before attacking if you are pirating them. Personally I think an attack is warrented as the person's name indicates he is a pirate. Jump_gate_pirate = pirate. Not that hard to understand.
I've fought with two ships before. When maintaining that [Wraith]Shadow was my friend, not me myself. I flew the Wraith in a Talon, and my own [AW]-Chimaera a Kusari Cruiser. I flew BOTH. At the SAME TIME, in the SAME fight. Its possible.
And Oddity, you will see them as hacked if someone else has hacked them. Perhaps they are Nomad Lasers, not possible to get. Perhaps the equipment is not sold in Discovery at all but still known in Ioncross. I've looked at the stuff you can edit to characters using Ioncross. And there are tons. Even some from other mods you can add to it. If someone hacked one of those, it will show up with the name it used. Perhaps its not edited weaponry but weaponry not available for sale anywhere in Disco.
And you say under "false pretenses." Well that would imply there was a reason given. Perhaps you would like to give out what the reason presented was. Then there is the fact of the bounty. If Kane only gave out 10mil for my head, then he defenately would not have given out 300 million for some one who is not even known by most people of the server. What could he have possibly done. I agree, that you've been had. You say it was passed on by word of mouth and PM. If so, who's mouth, and who's forum account? If you got it from Mcneo then there is no doubt you'd been had.
And I KNOW there is noone named Dark in RM. The last one to have Dark in its name in RM was Dark_shadow who had used Lord_Koss in RM, and is not in RM atm. Also, any notification of bounties posted by the RM, would be posted on thei bounty list. The only time they do it in secret is when it is a bounty on someone important, such as another clan leader, or when it is in response to something very large done to RM. Since nothing has been done to RM recently that warrants 300mil that is out. And seeing as how the guy is relatively unknown, also takes out the clan leader theory.
Only reason to have a 300mil bounty is when they want everyone on the server going after that large amount, which means making a public announcement.

On same topic for Jessica, I told her if she apologized to McNeo I would drop all attempts for the temporary ban, and she has apologized and McNeo and I agree that due to the apology she does not need to suffer any punishment.

Just because you see an item in Ioncross does NOT mean it exists in the mod your server uses.

Second, the only way to "hack" an item onto your ship is for you to edit the ships file to come with that piece of equipment, in that case you would pay the price the base charges for the equipment. If the base doesn't sell the equipment, you are automaticly kicked form the server on launch.

The original intent of this post was to claim the bounty OR achieve some kind of punishment for making up false information to get around her nuetral ID tag preventing her from attacking other players.

I never said it did. I said that Ioncross recognizes certain equipment of mods and the game, even though not sold on any bases. I said, that it will still recognize what the item is, and the name and stats of said item. Not that I see them in Ioncross, but what Ioncross sees. Ioncross then sends out what the stats/names of that equipment was. I'm saying he could be using an item the IS NOT in the mod, but Ioncross still recognizes it.

This could also be false information she had recieved. I remember Lord_Koss/Dark_Shadow say that if he sent out a bounty, it'd be for 300mil. Maybe he said he might or would, and she went after it immediately. And apperantly she does not know that he is no longer in RM. But he was, and used the name Dark, and thats screaming Dark Shadow to me. I do not believe this is Jessica's fault. Might be, btu I doubt it.

Mcneo does not have any accounts affiliated with Jumpgate pirate. How do I know this?
A) Their accounts are not linked on IFSO, and you can't hack that kind of crap.
B) Their ips are on totally separate subnets. My ISP has two subnets, yes, but they're not that far off.
