Instead of owning up and saying out right "look i see i have this illegal cargo in my hold, i apologize what can i do to fix this" you put the blame on an outside force that has nothing to do with the circumstance. I dont agree with your reasoning. You take a line from two years ago and say that we are now blaming someone else.
The fact is you are simply taking it out of context and changing it to your advantage. The line there was to just say what it was for, though you refuse to see that the following lines after the whole situation was resolved.
