See you soon.

RE: Calo Notice(s) - xiphos - 03-12-2017

bye...

RE: Calo Notice(s) - Calo - 03-13-2017

P.S. Screw this thread. I'm not going anywhere due to the fact pretty much chaos is going on and I want to help Disco as much as I can.

RE: Calo Notice(s) - Calo - 03-14-2017

Good news, since it is actually a notice - not leaving - thread. I pretty much found out what might be a reason of dramatic mood changes, sudden sadness connected with personal sorrow and sometimes even a hostile behaviour in the recent week.

Sugar.

Or actually, lack of it, due to fasting (no sweet things until Easter) which pretty much crossed more active lifestyle. Today I drank coffee that had sugar in it by accident and found out the feeling of some sort of sorrow and lack of self-esteem is gone, so tomorrow I'll have to go to doctor to check things up if that was accidental or it was actual cause.

Should I bring you some Mount Sugarrest?

RE: Calo Notice(s) - Calo - 03-14-2017

As silly as it sounds, sugar deprivation connected with changed lifestyle can be the cause of recent mood shifting. I scrolled through the posts I made on this account and there seems be a pattern.

Let's just hope it's not diabetes, because that would be a disaster for me.

I thought the same when I found out I had Type Two.

It can be a little rough for a few weeks, but it's not really that big a deal.

Sure, you need to watch what you eat and only have ONE piece of cake instead of half of it, but it's not too bad.

Of course I have a LOT less sugar than I used to these days, but I still have sugar in my coffee. Wink

RE: Calo Notice(s) - Calo - 03-21-2017

This isn't the community I joined in 2011. My fun on Disco and any will to do anything died back in 2016, it seems. I made a mistake to try to counter it, saying "I will get over it". I was wrong.

So long and thanks for all the fish.

See you in two days again like usually?

RE: Calo Notice(s) - Goldberg - 03-21-2017
