Due to safety concerns, Phoenix vessels are to be disabled if discovered near sites of interests or friendly territory. Report all suspicious activities.

Phoenix vessels found operating within hostile parameters are to be disabled, and retrieved for bio-analysis for study. The organisation is to be disregarded at Zoner Freeports in respect of the zones of neutrality.
