I feel ya. Using my mobile bandwidth for god knows how long because wireless is in ultra potato mode. ISP can't figure it out, they came and saw the problem themselves but can't seem to pinpoint the flaw that's causing it. Probably a faulty ethernet cable or router.

Your connection is still better than mine
Try the powerline adapters to get rid of the WiFi problem, they usually work pretty well.
