It took some time and work, but Id like to think the initial stage of the project is now complete. all that with the Royals none the wiser. Now, about the more tangible work:

The absolute most ambitious design i originally had in mind was a conversion of the existing, immobile and - sorry to say, rather patchwork shipyard layout into a single, full-grav station approximating the following appearance:

According to the plans drawn up by a very talented and recently promoted engineer at Sabah, this one-of-a-kind design supports mineral and fuel refining infrastructure, generous enough accomodation to house all those living on the Jakarta section as well as providing the manufacturing capacities to build 3 Deimos-class ships of the line simultaneously. in addition - the protrustion beneath the grav-rings serves as housing for an FTL drive to be developed and procured in the future.

Singapore would gradually evolve itself into the above design. once complete, it would simply have the option to redeploy in case of danger.
Well... that's my plan at least.
