RE: Laz's FX and Stuff (Rebooted) - Laz - 10-14-2017 I am back at it, and this time I've tried my hand at creating custom Nebulae with their own textures. Please give feedback, and click on pictures for bigger versions. (and yes this is vanilla freelancer, I do most of my modding on it - sue me) I'm still trying to work out how to make the inside of the nebula look like something semi-decent, but its hard. I think I've nailed the puffs tho. (Not that easy to see in these shots) edit: Nobody saw that RE: Laz's FX and Stuff (Rebooted) - Sombs - 10-14-2017 You had some porn open in one screenshot, I saw that. Good choice, both very good looking guys. What tool do you use for transparency on DDS files? The same as DragonRider, Gimp with DDS-plugin? RE: Laz's FX and Stuff (Rebooted) - Laz - 10-14-2017 https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop I generate the textures in FF then export them to TARGA. After that import them into Photoshop and export them with either DX1, DX3 or DX5. (10-14-2017, 01:21 PM)Sombra Hookier Wrote: You had some porn open in one screenshot, I saw that.
