Mister Tiltman A number of explanations may exist ranging from a temporary wormhole to more....supernatural causes. I wouldn't trust those explanations however. As far as we can tell, the station and the anomaly beneath have remained unaffected by the transportation, however it happened. The Anomaly still remains unstable, and we are investigating still on what this actually is. We can however safely state that whatever happened, it was not caused by the Anomaly, as such a transportation would inevitably impact the anomaly in some way, shape or form, yet it remains unchanged thus we can conclude that it took no part in whatever transpired. In any case, we have determined the contradictory nature of the anomaly below your station. On the one hand, it's mass is not great enough to have it's own gravitational pull, yet omits intense radiation which indicates mass of some kind (which is being lost). This may also explain how the Base and anomaly may have been transported together, the anomaly having a pull great enough to fix the station into permanent orbit, but too weak to pull it towards itself. As you can see, this makes little sense so we will continue to investigate. Scientia, sapientia, patientia Kind Regards: Prof. James Richardson School of Physics and Astronomy. |
