Well, as far as I know, your character is former RHA, so it would not make a lot of sense anyway.

Well, as far as I know, your character is former RHA, so it would not make a lot of sense anyway.
I doubt it matters where a character comes from in this case. If an Order character would just be able to obtain Kusari lawful military grade technology it doesn't seem to make sense in the first place.

I am flying a BD Wyvern. And i have 90% core on it. The only issue is obtaining through 'lawful' means for Dragons is not possible and you need anyone else around to give you out the correct ID. And your repsheet will still be screwed up.

Nope, balance issue. It was impossible to balance due to the obscenely large rear wings. The Tachi does not have this issue. It originally had the same wings as the old Raijin and the current Irezumi, but they were trimmed down because it is intended to stay in the mod.
The Irezumi, well.. technically its a giant target at the moment, and that needs to be fixed.

This should really not be happening and is a very awkward issue with adding new ships to old lines used by factions that would not have them available. The Bundschuh and Hellfire Legion come to mind here as well, but I see no real way of avoiding it. Things will start getting very messy if we give every ship its own tech cell.
