Feed established.

Yet another base has been discovered in Tau-37, this one within ten klicks of the Omicron Tau jump hole.

Honestly. [1]

That's all for now.

Feed established. This is the transport Giudecca with a brief report as a followup to Linosa's report on contact with the Unioners in Bering.

4100 units of their harvested military salvage has been delivered to Valetta Shipyard for sorting and analysis. We'll need some time to determine how useful it is in compared to the usual fare from the Junkers, or if it is best used alongside it.

Evidence is attached below.

That's all for now,

Giudecca

Initiate log file:

I had occasion to get in the seat of a Gladius for the first time in several years today. My usual shuttle was in for repairs and I had some business to attend to back home so I acquired the vessel from the Montecristo's hold and launched for a long quiet flight home.

Barrier-Gate was my layover and where I was supposed to meet with a contact, when I came across a Crayterian-marked vessel just outside the bounds of the station, full designation NO-F-Harold Kane. We chatted for a short time before I had to make for the docks, but whats interesting is the individual's affiliation with the Vagrant Raiders. Having little but hearsay to go on as to the exact nature of the group, the conversation went on cooly. We discussed the situation in the Taus and Crayter's amusingly dwindling place within them for a time, before Mister Kane mentioned a possible future between his people and Malta.

So it would seem some of Malta's old friends have truly made a return and aren't content to merely hide under the skirt of the Colonials until they and anyone with them are all wiped out. I offered myself as a point of contact to Mister Kane so, I'll be keeping an eye on the situation as it develops further.

As standard, logs are attached below for recordkeeping.

An interesting evening. The affiliate fleet of the Gallic Council sent the destroyer CLN Royal Sunset to our borders to harass our people. They threatened the Lancia and multiple Directorate small craft in the Tau-44 system. It was discovered via a remote operative that the Council was sending a Redemption to back up the destroyer and the Genoa was dispatched. When the destroyer began moving to engage the Lancia, I arrived aboard the Spezia and backed up the Lancia. When the Genoa arrived, the Redemption-class dreadnought CLN Le Chaos decloaked on top of the Genoa, in the northern asteroid field of Tau-37.

It did not last long.

The Royal Sunset fled to the Tau-44 system. Our chase was successful, though in the end the cowardly captain ordered his helm to dive into the system's primary sun. It is a pathetic man who would sacrifice his own crew to avoid public record of his defeat. That being said, we suffered zero losses, while the Council has been set back two capital ships. As part of their own offensive, at that.

Regrettably I do not have any battle footage of the incident to upload. I did not have time to familiarize myself with the full command systems of the Spezia before the engagement began. I will endeavour to read the owner's manual this evening.

Received a report from one of my logistics teams today of a new installation cropping up in Omicron Beta. I've already called into the Naxxar to find out its current status and informed Dispatch as to the situation. Should it be necessary, we'll have it removed within the next few days.

Given its location, I'll be contacting the owner here momentarily to find out its purpose and function.
