To make things clear. Voncloud mentioned that people think the "nuclear attack on planet Gran Canaria" is in a relation to the NEMP hacker yesterday. It is not ! Doc wrote the nuclear explosion in the morning hours, very much before all. It was only by accident that the transmission and the hack*** were closely in near time with each other.

All the times I've done it, I've done it based on a dice roll system that works on mutual consent. A crit fail means the hacking attempt is revealed and the success chance is usually 1 in 5, falling to 1 in 10 against intel factions, hackers, and generally high-tech groups.
