Senor Mendes,

A subsential payment was transfered to ye account. We are, as usual, pleased by the efficiency of the OSI when the empire need help.

I don't know if you had a discussion with him about the current contract payment but i hope the money cover ye expenses and more. I've heard that Cadiz might need some supply too so you should get in touch with Senor Oliveira. If the current payment didn't cover everything, it's also with him you should talk.
