If life was a tartiflette, Mep would be the onions.
A discreet, savoury presence that lets itself known by nuanced touches. It permeates the potatoes and manages to exist despite the strong reblochon taste.
And if you took it away, the tartiflette wouldn't be the same, at all. It'd merely be potatoes with cheese on it, and lardons.

That, to me, defines Mep.
