Any interaction with the then Royal Navy was covert and unhindered by outside forces, and the official story behind our wrecked Gallic destroyer was it was destroyed in action and captured after it drifted into the nearby asteroid fields. So, in essence, you really can't physically prove any collaboration as you claim.

Harmony has, on multiple occasions openly cooperated with the Royal Navy in combat against Liberty, this is where we're coming from with that.

Choosing who to engage and who not to isn't equal to collaboration. The Gallic War was not Harmony's war, destroying nomadic influence from the Navy is. Not being in an open state of war is not equal to cooperation. In addition there's zero physical evidence available to the Legion and Commonwealth to support such statements.

Yes, it is consistent with itself. Nothing I said was directed at whether it was consistent with itself, though.

I think this is more about their interpretation of your combat priorities and inferring a potential conspiracy through that. Yes, there might not be any physical evidence to support the statement, but that doesn't mean they don't have to believe it. The United States has in the past gone to war over allegations, Freelancer and sometimes Discovery seem to showcase satires of that pretty well. It might also just be a more radical outlook on the matter, i.e - if you aren't treating Gallia the way the Commonwealth would then you're not a friend of the Commonwealth. But I think it would be more fair if I let them try and explain what their exact stance on this might be, those just seem like the most logical explanations to me.

In any case, are you guys aiming to go for officialdom?

OP updated, more to come.

It's a possibility in the future, but as we presently have 3 members, we do not feel that it is appropriate to go for officialdom just yet.

If @Its Raisu, @Spectre, and @DarkTails are not behind this, I would love to know who is. Generally seeing a distinct lack of understanding for the way things actually worked and a more or less complete disregard for the faction's history here, but uh, so it goes.
