Edit: i received some info that the cruiser is weak against fighters and bombers even thou
it has only "anti-air" turrets equipped. It seems we'll still need to be able to fight other craft appropriately.
Hence why the energy consumption and range buff should be the only changes, otherwise it's gonna
receive a lot of flak I'm afraid.
