The biggest hurdle we are facing with trying to get a single model into the game is human incompetence at communication and a lack of enthusiasm. I myself am burned out and very angry about it because I've been trying, unsuccessfully, since 2017 to get a single model finished and implemented. And absolutely nobody except @Lucas has come forward and proven to be helpful.

So either the people proving to be obstacles spit out what it is they want so Lucas can try and achieve it, or they get the fuck out of the way, because at this point I'm sick and tired of trying and so is Lucas. You can't work with a literal wall that isn't expressive in the slightest. If only people hadn't wasted time jerking off to their HF and CR fantasies and actually gave a fuck about faction development beyond their own whims and fucking fancies. But that's asking for too fucking much.

they dont even have the rest of their line, and i dont think they need anything bigger than a cruiser in the first place considering the AI barely exist as a concept, let alone a faction

Thanks for the shoutout, but I can 'jerk off' on my own time, thanks. I don't need a hypocrite to help me on that front.


I like the model, and having another ship to spice up the AI shipline would be very interesting. If I was any competent at modeling, I'd take a shot at it, but I wouldn't trust myself with Blender even after six months of development class.
Still, looks like it'd be fun to fly.

You are incorrect.
There are more (active) AI-Player than Kusari lawful and much more than Rheinland-Bretonia and Kusari-Police together.
And in the time-Zones where i'm online i see more AI than many offical factions.
Buy yes, there is no offical faction and not "one large" AI-Faction.
The AI-Players are extreme splitted.

The issue with giving the Gammu Ai a battlecruiser has already been mentioned in several posts. Kind of.

Gammu was played at one point by a kind of small group of people. Like the nomads, they were limited in what they could do exactly and had to make do with what they got. As with the (somehow, imo) more limited ID set than the Xenos, not many wanted to spend time and effort playing Gammu unless they hated themselves. As such, no major need for other ships was required.

The other half of this was also mentioned before, in the statement that the Gammu have an incredibly limited shipline as it is. The unofficial ID was limited in techcell and PRIME was limited to... two ships entirely. So if any ship would be added to the collection, a smaller ship akin to a bomber and freighter/transport would be better. I know someone made some pretty decent models but it doesn't seem like the development team are putting them very high on the priority list.

tl;dr not enough people play Gammu AI anymore because of development neglect, which leads to no real incentive to develop them, which repeats the cycle until we reach RoS levels of about-to-be-erased/other ships first
