Let it be stated here that the only crime the Bundeswehr was guilty of was enforcing the laws of the Rheinland people, as put forth by the elected representatives of the Rheinland people. The Rheinland Military had maintained a proud tradition of ensuring, along with our brothers and sisters in the Polizei, that these laws were followed and upheld, and to continue to defend the independence of our great nation from all outside forces, be they Gas Miner, Coalition or Cretan. This act of mass treason against not only the Bundestag but the Rheinland people as a whole is unacceptable, and the Bundeswehr will see to it that all perpetrators of such crimes will be subjected to the full course of the law.

It is the duty and purpose of the Military to set an example, and it is to my shame that the example set was by those without the power to set such. The crimes of such officers warrant nothing more than the full extent of the law and of the Military Code. The crimes of such government officials who have willingly overstepped their boundaries and the law will not go unnoticed either, and the Bundeswehr will not tire in our quest to bring each and every criminal element involved in this coup to justice.

As Commander of the Bundeswehr, and as acting head of the Rheinland Military, I ask, first and foremost, for all rogue agents of the Military, Polizei, and Intelligence Bureau, as well as all guilty officials of Republican Shipping and Daumann Heavy Construction submit to Rheinland lawful authorities at once. Please remember that the orders given with this statement are lawful, non-exempt and absolute, and must be followed. Deterrence from these orders may result in further disciplinary action, as well as further charges and longer sentences. The diplomatic process must, and will, be adhered to, and each individual, no matter the level of legal infraction, will be appropriated the relevant and required legal protections under Rheinland and Humanitarian law.

You claim that the Federal Republic was grossly undercapable. Your actions have only bogged this process down even farther. Do the right thing and surrender. Bundeswehr forces have orders to bring all compliant personnel in without harm, as per Rheinland law. These orders do not extend to those who utilize violence or ignore a lawful order.

The Rheinland people do not deserve the chaos this coup has brought, and the officers in command of the rogue forces that allowed this to happen know this fact. There is no glory, honor, or valor in murdering your own for your own gain. There is no courage in fighting an unarmed man. There is no discipline in caustically betraying the oath that each officer is made to pledge. There is no justice in breaching the law you were sworn to uphold.
