We arrived to Altair... We are finally home, home sweet home, somewhere we are going to rest for a while without the fear of being hunted. There is no time for relax however, we have to finish what we've started earlier, repairs need to be finished as soon as possible. Without any source of weapons and with damaged systems, I've decided to use hybridization process, similar to one of Musashi. The work has already begun, deck three and two will be sacrificed, mostly crew quarters, because I wanted to keep the docking and cargo bay free so we can still serve the purpose of the carrier of Light.
Deck three and two are also well located, close to damaged and missing weapons, resulting in less time and tissue needed for whole process. There will be two command points, one organic for weapon and if possible cloaking systems and the second for artificial stuff like engines, life support, weapons and the rest not covered by organic one.
Plan seems alright, but nothing EVER runs smoothly as intended. I am expecting problems as always.

Ship was damaged, however something strange is happening... Damaged components are being replaced by organic tissue we used in initial repair... We will have to observe this process a bit more closely.

These are just confirmed eliminations by Charente, however we helped to eliminate much more through our space.

Observation of the process of self repair continues.
According to reports of the crew, the tissue has been replacing damaged "human" made material in its proximity. This is a benefit for the time being, however we have yet to see how far it's going to take. One of the reports mentions tissue "growing" towards the center of our ship.

The hunt today was mostly successful.
Our side in this everlasting conflict eliminated several ships. We personally eliminated three capital ships before we sustained heavy damage.

Tissue is slowly expanding again, this time towards the front, however it's now very close to the core room as well. We can't risk anything, we don't know what is going to happen, so we will try to prevent it from entering the core.

I believe our final time is very close.
Engines, power, collection of power, weapons, cloaking device, sensors and systems are fully connected to the flesh and everything is almost complete. Soon we will be one, soon we will join the caste of Keepers and we will become immortal. If so our fate desires, it will be done for greater good.
