To Concerned Parties,

Due to an unforeseen technical issue with our heavy Hegemon Class mining ships, we have been unable to keep a supply of ore available for some time now. I am pleased to inform you that this situation has been rectified and we are slowly rebuilding our stocks. Your patience has been most appreciated.

I would also like to announce that we are currently purchasing science data at the princely sum of 2,750,000 per unit. This can be an outstanding opportunity for pilots in the region to profit from anomaly scanning or to even unload some interesting gun cam footage for a bit of extra cash when preforming military operations in the region.

This data will be invaluable to the Phoenix's cause of further engineering and construction of the Kadesh Orbital Colony in Omicron Zeta.

To those concerned,

Under the advisement of Phoenix Security and due to an increased level of suspicious traffic around our facility, Delta Mining Corp. has had to restrict its docking rights to known and approved parties. While it is unfortunate that we had to take these measures, we wish to assure our independent partners that the base is still open to all friendly traffic. Our security team assures us however, that we must do a better job regulating the traffic in an around the base as it is a strain on our resources to operate in the style of a Freeport in the face of our growing popularity. We have done our best to go over our recent docking manifests and we are confident that we have a near complete list of approved docking permissions set up. We also know there will likely be some oversights, so we ask that any vessel seeking to dock that is refused by the automated docking system to please inform us on this channel and provide the following,

UPDATE ON DOCKING ACCESS


As of now, we have closed the main DMC mining centre to most outside traffic due to various logistic and security concerns. All friendly trade vessels without formal trade relations with Phoenix are directed to Fort Scorpius adjacent to Freeport 11 where we have set up a holding area for Iridium Ore. We believe this will serve as a better solution all parties involved. Please note that our Scientific Assay Office has also moved to the Fort, and continues to operate as it was at DMC. We have also stocked it with thousands of Anomaly Scan Battery's for our brave pioneers convience as they brave deep space to preform this valuable, and lucrative research. Be certain to take full advantage of this valuable opportunity!

Guten Tag Heir Trager,

Forgive my brief delay in response to your request. As I am sure you are well aware that requests from outside government entities must be considered and researched carefully. That being said our diplomatic and intelligence departments are in agreement that closer ties with the BDM would be of a significant benefit to our organization at this time.

As you are aware, our main facility in orbit of Planet Tuvalu is restricted to most outside traffic, and is closed except to parties of the highest pedigree. I am certain it goes without saying, but I would be remiss not to at least say it once that we expect BDM's increased presence in the area not to cause any undue burden on our security forces in the area. So far we have managed to operate the facility in a relatively peaceful manner, with the few incidents that have happened dealt with in ways that brought commerce and profit to all parties involved in the end.

I will add the BDM| ship identifier to the docking permissions within the next few hours. You should also expect a communication from our leader Christian Burton, in the near future. He had expressed interest in replying to your request himself, but I had to insist on claiming that honour for myself.

Let me then be the first to welcome you as our newest partner, and hope for a mutually beneficial relationship between our two interests!
