If you use a Battlecruiser, Shinkaku in Tau-29 has some pretty good anti-OC missions. The system is pretty small so they're close to the base, and if you get ones in the asteroid field you can get them to focus on the solars instead of you. Either do snub/GB ones solo or grab a friend to do BS/Cruiser ones. On top of that the KNF buy Outcast pilots on their POB for 20k each

The classic Gold from New London to New Berlin and Aluminum from Frankfurt to Omega-3 is quite good. Just be mindful of the pirates.
You can also buy gold for a bit increased price on POBs in Omega-3 and Aluminum on the POB in front of New Berlin if you're looking for a shorter, though a less profitable option.
