RE: TO: Golden Chrysanthemums - Lionel Bourcher - 04-10-2021 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From:Boucher Location:Tau-53 To:Ikeda Yume Subject:The Treaty of Rishiri This is much worse than we thought I'll get to the point. You are now classed as an enemy of Gallia. That means you are subject of not just being shot by The Gallic Navy, but also the spying and sabotage of the GNI, and believe me when I say it's a powerful organisation with deeply disturbing methods that often operates outside of Gallia. This treaty and Kusari Empire are an existential threat to us, if they influence other houses like this The Gallic Union will be recognised as a legitimate entity, left to rebuild, and even claim Roussillon. There is however, the issue of our respective benefactors being very deeply incompatible. As I understand it - you cannot survive without The Outcast support. I will put my cardson the table now - neither can we without The Unione Corse. Our original entity betrayed us and cut us off from supply lines. So our existence relies on them, and that's besides the fact that our people would start dissapearing mysteriously should they openly turn on us. We don't care about Nox directly, you saw us with it as means of making resources before we knew who you were. There are many other commodities that are more suitable to us that we prefer hauling. Look - I don't see how we can be ever open unconditional allies because of the above. That just isn't happening. I also can't control all our marvellously erratic Maquis, we are not a unified formal force that follows orders to the letter. What I do propose is a loose informal counter-alliance to The Treaty, that realistically takes into account the realities of our situations. I propose the following:
Bottom line is - we will fuck up the politicians and their pawns that scheme against us. We will not piss off the respective hands that feed us. We will be able to cooperate and sit at one table with The Dragons. All while not losing our, let's face it, fun and bloody sparring bouts when The Outcasts and Corse get involved and we have no choice but to jump in. We will just skip the torture or worse and hand the roughed up escape pods to the other side when all is said and done promptly *laughs*. Let me know what you think - we, and especially our Tau cells, are ready to help you undermine the authority of The Kusari Empire and any GNI meddling in any way we can. Terminer l'émission,

Mister Boucher, Your terms are agreeable to us, even more so because we already had GNI incursions into Kusari before. Just take a look at this image, which was taken in the vicinity of Planet Kyushu. ![]() It seems that there is indeed mutual benefit to be gained out of this, because frankly speaking, we are more bothered by the other Gallic factions. But keep in mind that we won't hold back when Malta calls in for our support. Also we will resume hunting down the Unione Corse whenever they cross our paths. We will support this mutual cease fire and assist the Maquis against the Gallic Union and the Kusari Empire under the conditions you proposed. Don't worry about our little skirmishes, we have plenty of trigger happy operatives in the Taus. ![]() First Communications Officer, Ikeda Yume

RE: TO: Golden Chrysanthemums - Lionel Bourcher - 04-11-2021 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From:Boucher Location:Tau-53 To:Ikeda Yume Subject:The Treaty of Rishiri We are in agreement Ah yes, the SBIB - a minor splinter cell of the Gallic National Intelligence that has even less honor than the rest, if that's even possible. Just wait till you meet RNS-Sacre, that fucking cunt is the worst. You know what. In the whole shock of seeing The fucking Kusari Empire legitimizing the fucking cunts of The Union in a treaty I just realized I wasted a bunch of fucking time playing a fucking diplomat *laughs*. Pretty much nothing changes when it comes to meeting each other out there from before. Glad we understand each other. Give us a call if you need any concrete help against our mutual enemies, and best of luck in battle when we shoot the fuck out of each other's ships in presence of our respective allies. You're going to need it. The Maquis are not exactly known for direct combat skills but we are getting some training *laughs*. Terminer l'émission,
Lionel Boucher ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: TO: Golden Chrysanthemums - Lionel Bourcher - 07-05-2021 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From:Boucher Location:Lorraine To:Ikeda Yume Subject:An opportunity My thanks Please send my thank you to Yunoki Misaki who assisted The Front's fleet in making waves in Lorraine today - she hes our grattitude. And between you and I - I have a request and an opportunity for you. Our aim is to make Lorraine secede from the Union, which would obviously help us tremenendously, and be a big blow to the cooperation between the Gallic Union and Kusari Empire against our respective factions. We are behind a very generous offer to anyone who can help de-stabilise the Lorraine system - It would be a great help to our layered plan if you would indulge in raising funds through the Benefactor we are backing. Just one thing - I hope this stays between us, there is no need mention even my name openly. It appears your people have already found the offer and started doing god's work against the Gallic Navy forces. This is just to clarify things a little. Terminer l'émission,
