Within the Event area:
-Everyone has ZoI and can act accordingly to their ID lines.
-On top of that, everyone can demand cargo of stuff found inside the event zone from non-allies.

My proposition is for the LN side of the event to meet up at least 30 minutes prior to the event's beginning. Traversing Alaska (especially in a large group) to get to the supergate will not be easy. Hop in-game and ask to be invited to group so we can coordinate stuff live.

Event is open to everyone. You'll either need to sneak in through Alaska or Honshu, or find someone who can blind jump you in using a jump drive.
