I mean, is usually know Polizei should be "moving prisioners"

Sure I'll replace the GB slot with a frigate for you, you can pm me the name later. And yeah you could be in the process of unloading prisoners when the attack hits. But the prisoners the event is focusing on have been there for a while.

In the case of no one registering for the second Grendel, the unlawful side may carry any number of prisoners back on their capital ships. Please ensure your autobuy is OFF for the duration of the event.
Of course only Unioners can actually dock with Mecklenburg, so this may require jettisoning and multiple loads.
