Like you said, our first deal was a resounding success, both parties got what they asked for without any issues, just the way we like it. As I mentioned before, Mr. Frederick, our first deal was sort of a test, and seeing how easily the first deal went, I do not doubt that our deals in the future will be anything other than successful.

Now to the matter at hand. I've presented your order to my board of Directors, and we all agreed that the previous price we gave you, shall not be the same from this point forward, but significantly less. Orex Industries is ready to sell the materials you've asked for - Organic Capacitors and Cerulite Crystals for a discounted price. The price we've all agreed to is 6,000 credits per single unit.

Keep in mind that this is a special price, just for you and Starlight Industries. These materials are ready to be moved, and once you give us a green light Mr. Frederick, you may expect our transports in Pennsylvania - the delivery shall be swift.

I am glad to know that you are open to better prices now. I think we can get better prices, even better than the 6.000 s/c so we can expand the contracts to higher amounts. We are looking forward to expanding our contract with Orex Industries to reach 5.000 units on each contract.

We will be able to deal with these high amounts when the prices are significantly lower than what's currently offered. This does not mean that we are upset about your prices, but actually, we are glad that there is progress and we believe that over time, we will gain better trust toward each other and therefore reach a better deal.

I gave instructions to our docking master to pay 6.000 s/c per unit delivered from the requested materials, so you can feel more than welcome to start sending the shipments. The sum of the current contract should be 12.000.000 s/c and it will be paid instantly on delivery. I am sure that you are used to our working style now, so I do not have to remind you that the digital documents for each shipment are important so please provide them in your next reply.

I must first apologize for the delay. You see, Orex is currently in the middle of its Smelter expansion, which is taking up all of our time. I've received your message and unfortunately, it has been sitting in my inbox for quite some time. I wanted to get back to you, but time didn't allow it. That said, let's get to business.

Orex Industries can obtain rare materials such as Reflective Lattices and Chiromaterials. Keep in mind that said materials are rather difficult to come by. Luckily, Orex Industries employs some competent people, people who get things done.

So, the prices are the following:
  • Reflective Lattices - 30,000 credits/unit
  • Chiromaterials - 29,000 credits/unit
Depending on how many units of aforementioned materials you need, we'll see if delivery to Pennsylvania is possible given the fact that Liberty Navy patrols might endanger our convoys. We've enough problems with Liberty Officials as is, we don't need to escalate things further, at least for now.

I'll be waiting for your reply, Mr. Frederick.

There is no problem at all. I understand that you will get busy from time to time. I would like to thank you for the reply and the details included. So, let's go straight to business and discuss some parts of your offer here. I can understand that the Reflective Lattices production and the extraction of the Cerulite crystals is a heavy and difficult process. Above that, I understand also that it is an expensive process, so that can justify the high price of 30,000 s/c per unit.

But, the chiromaterials for 29,000 s/c are extremely expensive. I was looking for almost half that price or about 15,000 s/c per unit since its extraction and production are much easier and less expensive than the reflective lattices. I would also recommend not delivering those materials to the Pennsylvania system nowadays since the tension is very high and the entire house space is being closely watched. I will provide the ships and the transporters who will be able to arrive at your installation and carry the material safely and discretely to our industrial terminal.

Let me know what you can do for us about the chiromaterial price, and please consider that we would like to get 1000 units of Reflective lattices and 1000 units of Chiromaterials so we would expect a good discount or at least a better price. This deal could reach a sum of 45,000,000 s/c (forty-five million credits). We wish you good fortune, and I will wait for your answer as soon as possible.
