Long story short, when I was Keeper, we commissioned two cruisers from the Insurgency years before they fell, in intention of a certain operation that I cannot discuss on this frequency. We required that firepower, but I chose to holdback on the operations we had in mind. I was in belief that we should increase their capabilities further, even if it had cost a lot. Time is a factor we're still fighting against. For that time being they were iced until the other projects had completed.

They are currently being experimented on. So far, we have replaced some of the generators and emitters for the propulsion, but I believe there was an issue within the firmware that Ageira uses. The cannon and the powercore are tied together. Well. There needs to be hardware replacements all around.

I'm in the belief that we should rip the powercore out and replace the cannon lens and simply utilise our own technology. Though the tech-heads have argued against it. Costs, and risks, and project priorities. They were recently resumed after the Gammu disaster.

I have overheard that they would be 'optimal' for certain operations in the Omicrons in retaliation of certain sites revealing themselves but... Well. Limitations apply. You'll have to take it up with the Directorate.

I'm concerned for Lazurith, Caliban clearly wants to assert himself as the sole key to try to ... manipulate Harbinger. Make sure that Lazurith understands this. Keep him away from him and his goons, Bonito, so on, so forth, the list is on the intranet.

I also need you to make sure that Laz doesn't enter Thuringia, his mark as a key has a side effect with the rifts. While it may not be as large as Caliban's, it is still a significant factor.

I do not want innocents killed over these egotistical fools looking for quick and deluded solutions.
