Iejima is now on the event config.

RE: [Official Event] Prior Preparation... - Weapon - 10-13-2024

This post is somewhat self-interested.

Could we let this event run for a little longer?

I had the great pleasure of witnessing Xenos and Hogosha fighting in Galileo which poured over into Shikoku. It's generating not just activity for inactive groups, but types of activity for groups I really haven't seen in quite a long time here. It's nice to see Kusari come to life again, and the last event that several Liberty factions had a chance to participate in had to be cut short. I think it would be nice to give this a few more days, especially also with the late realization that multiple H-Fuel buy points weren't factored in until only a couple of hours ago.

While I'm glad that this has generated activity, we need to move onto other storylines and regions. The increased frequency of events will hopefully bring more interest in people logging within these less active regions, and snowball things from there.

I'm hoping that these types of interactions will at also encourage people to incentivize others to log via their own resources in the form of community events.

RE: [Official Event] Prior Preparation... - A Magpie - 10-13-2024

In about 5 hours, the count went from ~90k to 300k. It was glorious. (It would have been more, but I was on a snub looking for pirates to introduce to Mr. Railgun, but literally only three showed up to make reasonable demands.)

The convoy stayed only a quarter of the server activity. Pretty much everyone else was content to stay on their 5kers presumably supplying their bases, which was the big sadge.
