Well I can think on two reasons
1) May be you're using a different window account, use what you used to use before.
2) You have not played in 40 days, and your chars got whiped. No solution for this.

PM an admin with one of the characters names that was on the account and he will look into it. If it has been less than 40 days. If it has been more then you are out of luck.

That he just downloaded the mod made me think that, most of us use the autoupdater, just a few still can't use it. Also as he just said...
