It is this server. I've run into Agent.56, Julie, and Solar_Eclipse in-game more than once.. Heck, even ran into Agent's GS when setting up my BMM Mining Ship last night. About 10 minutes before all of this happened. The different coloring may be caused by the Bloom effect, since he has it on.
