If i see a wreck camper,i blow them up....under level or not,and i will take the sanction if i have to get one.

Unless the looter is ship capable of boosting at 200. Then they can just boost away, "retreat", and move to someplace safe.
If there was one thing in Disco that I was truly proud of, it would've been my codie looting system. I could usually manage 3-4 per restart during the day, and up to 10+ during Disco's quieter hours.

As for using a camera ship, i think that counts as using it in RP, which is illegal according to it's infocard and therefore sanctionable.

All the rule states is that a ship that's equipped with a Civilian ID and carrying a codename can be treated as if it were a level >40 ship. If you have a junker, just have the junker claim the wreck as his, demand the loot the other person got, and, if they refuse, well, take it by force.

All it requires is for you to initiate at least one word of RP with them or fire a CD at them (if a pirate), and then they are engaged in player interaction and have to RP their way out of the situation or be in violation of the F1 rule.
