Add Rishiri, Fukuoka as primary zone of operation, and delete all that secondary thing. Even KNF rarely visit that systems. And where your TLAGSNET stops working = end of your ZOI.

Rishiri and Fukuoka are added, but Secondary zones mean locations in which we can pursue a currently hostile enemy, but not patrol.
Thank you Scout, the KSP do try to make it interesting to pass through Kusari now. It's something my officers and I pride ourselves on doing.

Add Tau 29 to your secondary list. There are two Kusari Bases after all unlike Sigma 13 or 19. Also, why Rishiri as a primary zone? I thought the patrol route ends with the border station in Hokkaido? And West, is the TLAGSNET still working in Rishiri?

hmm, you're right, now that i think about it, Having Rishiri as a primary makes no sense, given the Gap, and the heavy KNF presence. We're not needed.

Pretty good, some might say a bomber, 2 gunboats and a destroyer is overkill for a single freighter, but I was pleased to see you (finally) got a plan together better than just "have a KNF boat jump back and fowards repeatedly". Also capturing and fining criminals rather than just killing them is always good, so well done.
