Howdy and Konichiwa to our Kusari friends. We got a lot of common goals with our Blood Dragon buddies, but I got a real problem with point numero uno there.

As an independent Junker, I need multiple revenue streams. Picking scrap is fine, but sometimes I like to visit my Outcast friends and bring some goodies back to ol' New York. Follow?

I mean, it isn't as if we're "polluting" their precious culture. Just passing through pal. If you Dragon fellas look the other way as we move along, no problems. Hey, I'm just sayin'.

I would have to let the Blood Dragons determine the stance towards the Consortium within Kusari. I have had no dealings with them other than rumors and a captured conversation on one occasion. As to providing for the Golden Chrysanthemums needs--I am sure arrangements can be made in more specific detail when all three parties are at the table. this applies to generic transport. And, Junkers do not sell their brothers. Junker supports Junker. It has always been this way. I have never in my entire life engaged a fellow Junker in combat or had to defend myself against one's attack. While our culture's are different, we have our own code. We keep our deals. That you can trust. It is how we have survived.

Finally, in all the economic and political detente, let us not lose focus that Tekagi's stronghold is a living example of the primary bond we should have. Aliens wish to destroy us. Is there honor in killing one another while an enemy not human sucks the life and soul from loved ones after an excrutiating death so they can have the "husk" for themselves and wear itr as their own skin while they do evil? Seeing the body of a Junker or a Dragon you knew walking about with the spirit of a monster that wears it as a suit will put it in proper perspective. I have seen such things--as will you all. That is the enemy. That is our source of unity.

I am informed that the SCRA disabled a Junker barge enroute with supplies for the Dragons in Kusari. Though informed of the purpose and nature of them--to combat the Wild--they were indiffernt.

Administrator Adelei Niska handled the situation brilliantly despite the outcome, "talking" his way all the way to battleship McDuff without stopping (despite repeated requests). He was able to traverse a 30km distance in a rock field at non-cruise speed and distracted them the entire time. Even confusing one new recruit to the point where he offered to escort him to Kusari.

Regretably, they summoned reinforcements and a senior commander realized what had been done. Administrator Niska jettisoned and destroyed the cargo and depleted all munitions so nothing would fall into their hands and quietly ordered the majority of the crew into pods that docked McDuff and planet Harris. Ships from Trafalgar were able to repair the hull breaches and quickly install back up engineering and control functions. A new supply has been dispatched and is already enroute.

We are pleased to announce that we have recieved the superalloy. Everything has gone smoothly, apart from a small encounter with the Sirius Coalitions Revolutions Army, which was unfortunate. Supplies have been dropped off and Standard Sirius Credits have been given to aid the Blood Dragon Cause. The Superalloy will go to making various ships.

A scroll is delivered to Yanagi Depot. The scroll appears old - but has an encrypted lock on it that only opens to the Junker's secure protocol.
Upon reading it, the base commander is not quite sure what to make of it - so he sends it back to Puerto Rico.

Inside is a parchment, with fluid gold lettering and a simple message.
