Spagna the OPG had several delegates at Freeport 11. In addition a girl i was quite fond of called Amelia De Sanches was killed when a bulkhead collapsed. When I recover the wreckage of your ship ill be making it into an epitaph for her funeral next week.
Oh and your threats to shoot any corsairs ships are now duly noted. Consider yourself now permanently exiled from ALL corsair space.
I hereby give authority to ALL corsairs to Shoot on sight.

And more important i have read the accuasations against these pilots.
After thinking i have come to the following conclution.
Benitez will join the KOS the OPG have cast on All Ghost shops.
All Benitez ship are to meet all and any Ghost ship wit the in Benitez ROE of a KOS tagged ship.
