Try the mods for Fallout 3, really do make it even more fun.
RTS or Real Time Settler is a great one, lets you build your own village!

Fallout 3 is epic, I forgot about them XD

You can get mods that let you launch nukes and go into bullet-time too, but I find RTS, like you said, way better XD

Look at how much the entrance into vault 101 changed with RTS!:D

All of that is made 100% in game. Its not some program you open and mess around with, its just a mod that lets your character start a village, get villagers....

then eventually do what he did! He shows you a little clip of how placing objects looks like, too.
Best part is, you can put these villages virtually anywhere. Even over water... though that would be rather difficult :<

I saw a mod being produced that will make Oblivion feature multiplayer capability.
WTF! =O

Gmod all the way.

Also, you arent required to buy HL2. You need at least one of the following for it to work:

HL2, HL2 EP1, HL2 EP2, CSS, DODS, TF2, Portal

These are those I though off but there might be more.

And before anyone says to pirate it, it unables to play in multplayer.

Sandbox Games for PC - Cuteness - 09-08-2009

Ugh, I have an annoying story about pirates.

You see, I played Nexus: The Jupiter Incident once. I BOUGHT it.
There was a cracked cd key and download on the website. Cracked CD key people can only play with cracked CD players, retail with retail.

nobody played retail. WTF?! I actually went and dled a cracked cd key along with my retail key BECAUSE of that. Was so annoyed >_<

Actually, you require a Source engine game to purchase it. You'd be best off with something like CSS, as the files to be used by servers/mods a lot.

Yup, CSS models are the most used. Still, TF2 works too if you only want the game and like tf2.

Trying my luck with my machine. Downloading Mercenaries 2 Demo to give me something to do while I wait for WaW Patch 1.6 or Mercs 4 Free Release.
DL is capped at 344kb/s x.x

It seems some people got it to work with a AMD Sempron 3000+ so why not:D

I have to say, NEXUS: The Jupiter Incident was a LOT of fun.

The combat is much more slow moving and it feels more realistic than FL, though it's not really the same type of game. I would definitely recommend it.
