I go by ship size comparison in-game, and I think that as technology advances, the number of people you need onboard a ship decreases. FL Gunboats are generally only seen as requiring 5-12 crew members, cruisers in the 25-50 range, battlecruisers/battleships/carriers ranging from 100-500 depending on the individual ship.

There's six levels total, shown here:

Four launch bays in all, two levels worth of crew quarters (like I said, the ones in the original image are only officer's quarters), etc.

It was made by Jinx, so you should know that the image no longer exists in the actual submission post =P

Here's the one he posted that I quickly saved to my comp, however:

Nothing is changing for stats/hardpoints/size as far as I know, this is just a remake of the current carrier model - since the current one has several issues with the model itself, and a very poor texture job.

Ok, this thing is finally finished (at least, mostly finished, I may add a few details here or there if necessary).

Here's all six decks, though sized down to fit the forum - I still have the 3100x800 or so images on my comp, and i may post some zoomed in pictures later for RP threads on the ship, but for now I'll leave it at this...

got my full approval. - size appears to be nearly as intended ( - i d actually expect more smaller rooms and less large halls in such a ship ( more submarine like ) )

but all in all, it looks very professional.

well - in a way, i thought this ship should be able to deploy 4x4 fighter/bomber squads - but i fear there s really not enough room for it, unless order fighters are collapsable.
