I remember the engagement between blood dragons and KNF on Yukawa Shipyard and I think I spended 1 hour there, most of the time trying to hit Typhon. I got so tired that I was not going to re-engage even knowing I had three "lives".

Like i told u in PM, Nightfall get ALL the facts before u flame one faction...Admin or not i will not stand a side while u attack factions with out all the facts...
the "poor" NovaPG with their two gunboats and bomber had also Osiris, Outcast destroyer and several more fighters later in the fight...

However, i do agree with you and Mal that second attack was totally over powered and uncalled for and it happened too soon after first one...time between the fights is great idea...i would vote from 4 to 6 hours between fights...maybe even more if 4-6 shows to be too short...

There was an ID violation commited in this fight though:

The Corsair ID says:

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime."

TBH assisting KNF and BSG in this fight was wrong according to their ID.

I don't think BSG should be entering Kusari space to kill Blood Dragons, but that is purely a role play opinion and they broke no rules doing that.

So suddenly im not allowed to help the KNF, who by the way, we are supposed to be helping in the war, against somone we are actually at war with, due to the Outcast alliance. I would have helped out the KNF even if no BSG turned up, so I do not understand why i am not allowed to kill Outcast allies and simply not shoot the other side.

Myself and another person using their TBH character also helped out the KNF against this type of foe in Honshu only a day prior to this event, an action that we were, from my perspective, perfectly entitled to do.

Honestly, who would you rather shoot, someone who you are fighting with (KNF) in a war or somone you are fighting against in a war (Blood Dragons).

Also, I dont think that the IMG are wholely legal...but anyway, they came to assist the KNF as did I. I see your reasoning Yngen, but I do not understand why, as allies in this version of Sirius (NPC faction-wise), we shouldn't at least be able to help those who we are supposed to be fighting for....against those who we have been fighting against for so much longer...

Still a bit long time to wait, Doom, but I believe, that's the idea. Not many have the time to stay ingame 6 hours after the fight...

And yes, NovaPg and its allies weren't as poor as one might say. initially those were 3 gunboats (sixfeet, 001, 002) and a fighter. Later, more fighters came in, one more gunboat (Helghast), a destroyer (Almada) and two phantoms one of which being in an Osiris (Hellbound) and another in a fighter.
I might have overlooked someone, but it's rather difficult to observe everything while tring to hit anything in lag, asteroids and NPC bumping. Oh and speaking of NPCs, they made a great work. Ramming the bigger ships.

As for TBH...

Seems kinda weird, is, why the hell are Corsairs all the way in Kusari? I've talked to the people on Crete, they have enough to do at home. That's what he's saying. I agree with you on the killing Outcast ally thing.

I would like to add the fight was a good one we sent you packing in retreat.

less than 25 mins and you are back fully repaired.

NovaPG was sitting outside the base and was engaged, i dont mind that and yes things happend and others came and helped. that does not bother myself or my brothers, but i did not like the turn around as regards the second engagement.

i suggest a 2 hour limit and that can only be broken if the other faction who did not retreat(:P) Turns up in that factions systems for a second round.

I would also like to add to that:

I think that it should be one death per player, not character. It seemed like we were fighting many more people than we actually were during that fight. I think people get confused or interpret the rules different to other people, and it would be helpful if smaller craft didn't have 3 lives...seeing as a well pilotted bomber can take just about any capship with only one life.

I shall leave the reasoning at that for the time being.

It was pretty odd to see a TBH in kusari space, yes. he couldv helped IMG rp wise, but not KNF. ( chek info cards)

Just a short comment on RP background regarding TBH assisting KNF:
TBH suggested KNF help in the battle in order to save the mutual neutrality which was endangered by 'overreacted' attack on KNF fighter by Pedro Maniaco (more info in TBH message dump). So TBH do not ally with KNF, we are neutral. And then, of course, TBH are enemies of Bretonians as well as and Blood Dragoons so I see nothing wrong when TBH is helping KNF in a battle against them from time to time. But again, this time it had a strict RP reason (saving neutrality).

I realise there ar God-like pilots here that can make a battle last a good four hours, but for the rest of us not so good with our Sabers, please, only two hours or so.:(
