Yep. DICE and BF: Bad Company 2 get my money. IW and the CoD franchise can get bent.
Also, D2D, Impule and Gamersgate refuse to sell the game. Although, for different reasons, they refuse to sell the game because they consider Steamworks a trojan.

EverBlue sums it up quite nicely...although, there's something I'd like to add.
There's no way to kick people from your game. You can mute, but not kick them - MP won't just be horribly gimped, but also a great cheatfest. Gonna be awesome for the people who'll buy it, heh.

Was watching a livestream of Cod:MW2 IW.NET from a Sweedish Player
It actually looks pretty smooth and fun.
Lower player count can be a good thing. CoD Spawning Sucks (No Spawn Protection What So Ever) and Maps are relativity small but are fun once and awhile.
But the maps seem alot larger and can actually support the larger numbers. Sad to see it go to waste.:(
Only lag was because of the live broadcast and the 20 some odd people watching it.
