COD:MWF2 - Qunitinius~Verginix - 11-16-2009 Your 14. In my opinion you should be playing this game. Personally when I have kids I'll let them play M games, but something like this and GTA would be something I'd be frowning on. COD:MWF2 - Fletcher - 11-16-2009 All I can say is, that Airport massacre with the civilians was... unnerving really. It just made me feel odd. Killing bad guys and other players is fine, its just that... Over the years I've played to kill those butchers, not be one. I know its a game, its just quite weird being on the other side of the stick. But killing the riot shield police was neat. Just... unarmed civilians in that number running and screaming... Its just odd. COD:MWF2 - Akura - 11-16-2009 I found it, interesting. But, it's just a game. I don't feel inclined to go out and do it, nor would I ever. It wasn't fun ingame, but that part of the game, for the five minutes or so, was supposed to send you a message. Dunno what it is though... COD:MWF2 - Guest - 11-16-2009 Well I think it's supposed to feel grueling, doesn't it? I mean, how would you create a terrorist mission that's not, well, disgusting? It's meant to convey a message I think. And if it's too offensive, well, skip it. COD:MWF2 - Akura - 11-16-2009 No such thing as terrorists. COD:MWF2 - Pingu! - 11-16-2009 Multiplayer is great, if someone wants to play, feel free to add me on steam: crta COD:MWF2 - Sarawr!? - 11-16-2009 While yes, I also find the Airport mission to be...in a bit of poor taste, given the state of the world today, and even specifically given the state of Russia just a few years ago with constant terrorist attacks being launched by the Chechen seperatists. Though I would hardly let that be a reason for me to not buy the game, because yes while I would find it in poor taste for young children to be exposed to something like that in a video game, I at the same time think it adds a good view of just how bad things can really get. In regards to children being exposed to this, (I mean 12 and under) Their parents should not be buying them this game, or any other game labeled (M 17+). However, if your parents have bought you games like Grand Theft Auto, they should have no problem with this game. Because Modern Warfare 2, while being violently (Like any proper war game) doesn't have breasts and hookers everywhere. However, it is pretty bloody and there's some -lovely- language throughout the game. I guess to put it short: If the excessive violence of this game isn't going to turn you into a psychopath who is going to shoot up a school, then it is okay for you to get the game. COD:MWF2 - Irra - 12-02-2009 I cant haz mp:( I love CoD MP , any CoD i played all of them ... except this one ... NOOOO! COD:MWF2 - Camtheman Of Freelancer4Ever - 12-02-2009 Its the PARENTS responsibillity to teach their kids the values that they want to instill within them. Murder is bad. Rape is bad. Killing is bad. Ive played Duke Nukem Atomic Edition (Rated M, lots of killing and shooting and strippers) since I was FOUR. Im just fine. Besides, Battlefield is WAY better than CoD and it was first. Tsk Tsk Tsk, Activision. COD:MWF2 - teschy - 12-02-2009 Can't be more violent than Grand Theft Auto or Hitman. It's an epic game though, I enjoyed every bit of it. |
