Hiding behind under level has been done before, in various guises, and duly stepped on from a great height.
Nothing new here ...
Brakelatabasaasta has been around long enough, and never in a situation to use the rules to any advantage.
And lets be fair, he is never known to spout anything close to propaganda, or anything remotely considered
approaching sanity for that matter.

You can RP as a civilian if you want, but keep your level above 30.
