cause I got a working scanner and started gimping it,

I like the font you used for the "Gallic Royal Police" and "EFL oil & Machinery" and I like the idea of the planet in the center but I don't like the buttons. I like Tenacity's buttons. If you can combine them would be awesome.

Tenacity has my vote here , is one of best so far. :)I like the colors used inside very much also the fonts fit perfect.

Might I suggest using something a little more with the flag symbol? I really don't care for the solid bright colors. For example, something like this:
