Long Freelancer Intro - teschy - 02-16-2010 That's quite brilliant, Sprolf. It does make a lot of sense, if you look at things. And yes, Cameron, Discovery follows the extended version of the freelancer intro, the one SeaFalcon linked. Long Freelancer Intro - Donutman - 02-16-2010 ' Wrote:I have a question... dose discovery freelancer follow the intro in the first post or the one that came with the game? According to Igiss, yes. In Disco, Sol got peeeee-owned by a giant tentacle monster. Edit: dang it Sprolf, ya ninjad me! Long Freelancer Intro - Names - 02-16-2010 ok, thank you, now i have a reason to eradicate the nomad species too XD Long Freelancer Intro - Not Espi - 02-16-2010 ' Wrote:The Nomads are one and the same. that scenario just reeks with time travel paradoxes, sprolf. but i do find it quite amusing:D from what i hear the nomads that destroyed sol are different from the sirius ones. Long Freelancer Intro - SeaFalcon - 02-16-2010 Though I wonder what happend to the 'messanger'. Were there even people listening. And how did the order get this message of him. since it was around 800 years ago. The nomad wars came as a suprise for all the colonies exept for the order. Although most civilians don't know about the nomad wars. They just notices Rheinland marching to war. And when the cancioler disapeared it all seemed to turn back to normal. Quote:most civilians don't know about the nomad wars.Right? Now they just need to act like that ingame. And sprolf this theory seems plossible. Since we (humans) don't know all things about the nomad techs. 1 Thing though. What happend to the nomad ship that went to Sol and blew up the sun. where did it go. Or was it a suicide mission? Long Freelancer Intro - Exile - 02-16-2010 It went back to where it came from, probably:) Two people in this chat want the nomads dead. Now just imagine when the Sirius nomads finally get a weapon equal to the suncrusher. Long Freelancer Intro - SeaFalcon - 02-16-2010 Oh maybe it's still out there waiting to eat our suns. *screams* Long Freelancer Intro - Exsiled_one - 02-16-2010 Maybe Nomads thought that they have done it and returned the big ship into the future. Perhaps ship didn't have technology or resources to jump back. Perhaps he didn't have anywhere to jump back because their jump back to time / space history was their last straw to survive, like Alliance had sleeper ships. Long Freelancer Intro - Not Espi - 02-16-2010 ' Wrote:Oh maybe it's still out there waiting to eat our suns. *screams* wait till we pull out ... *dramatic pause* ... The DEVOURER!!! it eats planets:D Long Freelancer Intro - Dantrithor - 02-16-2010 Just a detail. Sol wasn't destroyed "moments after", but actually a long time after the sleeper ships departed. The final battle in which the star-buster thing appeared is not the same as the escape battle. |
