Actually I repped 2 Order guard chars with Anubis, 25 missions is needed for guard rep. But mostly in morning when Minor was empty, so I had bigger choice on missions, since no one else was doing them. I did ran few times on BHG dessies ,I just aborted mission and took new one. It wasn't easy though....

On the other hand - everyone can ask someone around to help him...
Most times when there are BHG BCs or Cruisers around, I asked if there's Cap support around. They will help you.
But it's definitely a bit ridiculous having to rep up in a Anubis in such harsh environment. You could start as a Corsair though, or you buy a civilian ship (like the Eagle) first...But the Anubis isn't really a good choice out there.

Uh, I recently bought a Chimaera with a recruit ID. The ship-ID restrictions were definitely enabled.
Oh, and repping in an Anubis, for the average Order newb, would be pure hell. Oh gawd... Hammerhead swarm versus a single Anubis...

There is no way on this great green earth that I'm going to rep up in a Anubis for the Order.
I'm either buying a Bastet or a Nephthys and doing missions, or you can call me Sally. Frankly, this whole mess of the Recruit ID is just silly - Allow them to purchase any fighter necessary and we have a problem solved, I don't see WHY you have to limit them that badly anyways. A fighter is a fighter, it's alot more cheaper and easier to do things.
By making it harder for us to make a new character, you thereby stunt roleplay since half of us might want an idea, but don't want to spend hours fighting Class 10 VHF's in a Starflea.

Are you kidding? The hell people should rep themselves for 8-9 hours while they can do that for 30 minutes, but with transfering IDs?
That's just big waste of time; many people at community don't have one (you'll say to buy ready ships, but many people don't have time to powertrade / mine as well)
And that doesn't bring any RP at all, I don't see any difference about my RP, if I fly Bastet or Anubis.
